What we collect on this website and in our games, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Who we are

TechieButler Games is run by Techiebutler Technologies Private Limited in Rajkot, India (“we”, “us”). This policy covers this website and the games listed on it.

A game can also have its own privacy policy. Where it does, that policy applies to the game as well (for example, the Lotus Mahjong Solitaire privacy policy).

2. What we collect on this website

This website has no accounts and takes no payments.

Your cookie choice. One cookie, tbg_consent, remembers what you chose in the cookie banner.
Analytics, only if you allow it. Google Analytics records the pages you visit, your browser and device type, and an approximate location worked out from your IP address.
Messages you send us. When you email support we receive your email address, the game, your device and whatever you choose to write. Please don't send passwords or card numbers.

3. What our games collect

Lotus Mahjong Solitaire

Used to track you (App Store): identifiers and usage data.
Linked to you (App Store): gameplay content and user ID, used for app functionality.
Not linked to you (App Store): device ID, product interaction and advertising data, used for third-party advertising and analytics; purchase history, coarse location and crash data, used for app functionality.
Google Play: the game may share location, app activity and device or other IDs with third parties. Data is encrypted in transit, and you can ask for your data to be deleted.

LockinTown

LockinTown is a web app with live rooms, text chat, focus timers, streaks and an optional Pro subscription. The information it handles to run these features will be listed here before this policy takes effect.

Tuition Takkar

As a guest, progress is saved on your device. Online, the game gives you an anonymous player ID and a nickname.
If you sign in, the game keeps your game name, face, pen, level, badges, match stats, friends and leaderboard entries. Other players can see your public profile.
Unity Gaming Services, Google and Apple help run sign-in, matches, notifications and hosting.
No ads, no ad tracking, and your information is never sold.

4. How we use information

To run game features and save your progress.
To answer support requests and sort out purchase problems.
To find and fix crashes and bugs.
To understand which features and pages are used, so we can improve them.
To show ads in games that have them.
To keep our games and community rooms safe, including acting on reports.

We share information only with the services that help us run our games and this website:

hosting and infrastructure providers;
analytics and crash-reporting services;
advertising partners, in games that show ads;
Apple and Google, who process in-app purchases made through their stores.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or as part of a merger or sale of the business. The specific services each game uses will be listed in this section.

6. Children and families

Our games are made for different players. Before a child plays, check the game's age rating, ads, purchases and chat on its store listing or on our parents' page.

If you think a child's personal information was collected when it shouldn't have been, email support@techiebutler.com with the game's name and we will look into it and delete it where required.

7. Your choices and rights

Ad tracking. On iPhone and iPad, you can turn off “Allow Apps to Request to Track” in Settings. On Android, you can delete your advertising ID in Settings.
Cookies. Change your choice any time from “Cookie settings” in the footer.
Access, correction and deletion. Email support@techiebutler.com with the game's name and your platform. We'll confirm what we hold and act on your request.

Uninstalling a game removes the progress stored on your device. It does not delete records held by the services above.

8. Keeping information safe

Information is encrypted while it travels between your device and our services. We keep it only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires, and then delete or anonymise it.

9. Where information is processed

Our service providers may process information outside India. When they do, we use providers that protect it as this policy describes.

10. Changes to this policy

When we change this policy we update the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will say so on this website.
